Open Water Diver

PADI Jr. Open Water Diver (Ages 10-14) US$350
The minimum age for the full certification course is ten, the upper age limit based on how old you feel. Basically anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can handle the PADI Open Water Diver Course.

The commitment for this course is greater than the Resort course, however well worth the extra effort and time. After the Open water course, which takes only three days, you will be fully certified to dive, with a buddy, anywhere in the world.

The course consists of some simple to grasp academic sessions, swimming pool training and four ocean dives. All four dives are from a boat. The course is simple, safe and lots of fun!

Course Costs Include:
Course Processing Fee (PIC) and Equipment.
Required Materials:
Open Water Manual (with Table) & Training Logbook

**Please Note**
As of January 1, 2006 PADI requires that every student have, in their possession, a personal set of current materials for study and use during the course and for reference afterward. The materials that are required for the course are valuable and provide the opportunity for the long term review of key information.
